We are a traditional Chinese martial arts school that uses historical based training, weapons, and techniques adapted for use in an ever-changing modern self-protection environment. The program develop core skills of striking, kicking, throwing, and joint locking. As these skills are enhanced through traditional forms, free sparring, mat work, weapons training, and flow drills.

Little Warriors - Kids Kung Fu

Our program (age 5-12) offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, resilience, and discipline. Kick-start your child's martial arts journey. This class combines martial arts, tumbling, and fitness activities to help kids develop both physically and mentally. Through exciting drills, forms and games kids will develop strength, flexibility, focus, coordination, confidence, and discipline while having tons of fun.

Tai Chi


The program focuses on mind body connection and overall health. Tai Chi combines movements, meditation, and deep breathing. Studies support the practice being linked to reduced stress, increased flexibility and mobility, and can positively influence mood. The movements are slow-paced and low impact.
