This class is specifically designed for martial artists. If you want to improve flexibility and range of motion, enhance balance, and protect your joints this class is for you. We'll open up your psoas, quadriceps, hamstrings, in addition to strengthening your core and spine. Learn to utilize and enhance your mind-body-breath connection through flow sequences and meditation.
