Myofascial Release

Throughout this class, participants will be guided through a series of myofascial release techniques, accompanied by mindful breathing and meditation practices. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, this class welcomes all levels. Please wear comfortable, flexible clothing.

Myofascial release is a specialized technique aimed at releasing tension and restrictions within the fascia, the connective tissue that surrounds and supports muscles, bones, and organs. Through targeted pressure and stretching, participants will learn how to release tightness, alleviate pain, and improve flexibility, promoting overall mobility and balance within the body.
