Flow Yoga

Flow Yoga (Vinyasa yoga) is one of the most popular styles of yoga. The poses in each class will focus on each inhale and each exhale and will flow continuously from one movement to another. Vinyasa builds heat in the body, increase flexibility, develops strength, and stimulates the cardiovascular system. This practice is suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels.
